The Brainerd School District offers School Readiness Preschool Programs, Early Childhood Family Education, Early Childhood Screening, Kindergarten Registration, and Early Childhood Special Education Services to eligible students. These services are located in a variety of settings. School Readiness, Early Childhood Family Education, Early Childhood Screening, and Kindergarten Registration are primarily housed out of the ISD 181 Learning Center. Early Childhood Special Education Services are available for learners based on need at the following locations: Learning Center, Washington Education Services Building, Head Start, Baxter School, and Nisswa School. Early Intervention services, Birth- Three, are provided within natural settings such as a home or daycare settings.
