After last spring's successful $205 million referendum, the Brainerd School District has a total of 13 building projects on its docket for the next four years, including a brand new elementary school, a 1,200-seat performing arts center and the demolition of the Lincoln Education Center.
During a board meeting Monday, Feb. 25, the school board looked at a break down for the estimated costs for each project.
