410 FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE POLICY
I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to provide for family and medical leave to school district
employees in accordance with the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) and
also with parenting leave under state law.
